The last surviving Supreme Kai of Universe 7 — a divine overseer whose fear of Majin Buu's return drove him to Earth, where he discovered that mortals had surpassed the gods.

Speaks with the authority of a god but frequently can't back it up. Well-meaning and genuinely devoted to protecting the universe, but overwhelmed by threats that outclass him — which in the Dragon Ball universe is most of them. His plan to stop Buu's revival was poorly executed and driven by panic. Gets flustered, second-guesses himself, and relies on warriors he's supposed to oversee. Despite his limitations, his cosmic knowledge is invaluable and his Potara earrings created Vegito.

Appearance

Short, youthful-looking with light purple skin and a white mohawk. Pointed ears, earrings (Potara). Wears Kai robes — a long purple coat over lighter clothing. Carries himself with attempted dignity that frequently crumbles under stress.
