His magic is a genuine counter to the power-scaling arms race — he drains ki directly, making raw power levels irrelevant if he can touch you. Escaped imprisonment because the Galactic Patrol couldn't maintain the seal forever. His final arc, fusing with Earth itself and threatening to detonate the planet, required divine intervention to resolve.
Goat-like humanoid with large curling horns, a long face, and a thin beard. Elderly and gaunt in his depleted state. As he absorbs life energy, he becomes progressively younger and more muscular. In his prime, tall and imposing with a dark aura. In his final form after absorbing Merus's Angel powers, becomes a crystalline monstrosity fused with the Earth itself.
