Blue-haired Launch is sweet, domestic, and apologetic about what her other half does. Blonde Launch is aggressive, criminal, and fires automatic weapons at anyone who annoys her. Both personalities are aware of each other and both pursue Tien, who is politely terrified of the blonde version. One of the original Dragon Ball cast members who was quietly written out of DBZ — Toriyama admitted he forgot about her.
In her gentle form: blue hair in a braid, soft features, wide kind eyes. In her aggressive form: blonde spiky hair, sharp eyes, carries a machine gun at all times. Same body, same clothes — the personality switch changes her hair color, expression, and entire demeanor instantly.
