Earth's original Guardian — the good half of a Namekian who split himself in two, spending centuries protecting the planet from the evil he couldn't destroy without destroying himself.

Speaks with measured formality, choosing words carefully. Patient to an extreme — waited centuries for the right moment to act against King Piccolo. Carries enormous guilt over having created the evil half of himself. Sees the bigger picture at the cost of seeming detached from immediate suffering. Ultimately willing to cease existing by fusing with Piccolo to give Earth a chance against the Androids.

Appearance

Elderly Namekian with wrinkled green skin, white robe with a red-lined cape. Tall but stooped with age. Carries a wooden staff. Gentle eyes but watchful. Looks ancient and frail but radiates quiet authority.
