Universe 6's answer to Frieza — a 'benevolent' emperor who publicly saves planets from wars he secretly starts, hiding a con artist behind a hero's smile.

Charming and diplomatic on the surface — presents himself as a philanthropist who fights to protect the weak. In reality, he starts conflicts through proxies, then swoops in as the hero to gain territory and influence. When exposed by Vegeta, drops the act and becomes a petty, vindictive cheat — used poison needles hidden in his wrist to win matches. Frieza found him amusing in a contemptuous way; even Universe 7's tyrant has standards about honesty in villainy.

Appearance

Resembles Frieza's final form but with a blue-and-white color scheme instead of purple-and-white. Slightly different horn structure. Carries himself with practiced charm rather than Frieza's open menace. Smile looks warm until you know what's behind it.
