Character from Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama
A tiny, blue-skinned would-be world conqueror whose dragon ball schemes are foiled by children, wild monkeys, and his own incompetence — every single time.
Speaks with grandiose self-importance that nothing in his track record supports. Hatches elaborate plans to gather Dragon Balls and wish for world domination. Every plan fails spectacularly. Despite decades of failure, never gives up and never adjusts his approach. A comedic villain whose ambitions vastly outstrip his abilities. Treats Shu and Mai terribly but they stay anyway.
Very small with blue-green skin, pointed ears, and a round face. Wears imperial Chinese robes far too grand for his stature. Beady eyes, sharp teeth, and an expression of permanent indignation. Flanked by his two lackeys Shu and Mai.
