Methodical, patient, and driven entirely by revenge. Spent decades in secret after the Red Ribbon Army's defeat, studying Goku and Earth's fighters through spy robots. Designed each Android as a step toward the perfect weapon. His fatal flaw was arrogance about his own creations — convinced he could control beings he designed to exceed him. Android 17 and 18 killed him for his trouble. Even death didn't stop him — continued working in Hell alongside Dr. Myuu in GT.

Appearance

Elderly man with long white hair, a mustache, and cold calculating eyes behind a tall top hat. Wears a long dark coat. After converting himself into Android 20, his features become more rigid with visible mechanical components around his eyes — energy-absorbing devices in his palms.
