Character from Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama
A small, insectoid wizard whose only real power was manipulating the darkness in other people's hearts — used it to unleash Majin Buu, then immediately lost control.
Cowardly, scheming, and convinced he's brilliant despite every plan falling apart. Commands through magical mind control (the Majin spell) that exploits existing darkness — it can't create evil, only amplify what's already there. This is how he turned Vegeta into Majin Vegeta: not by breaking him, but by offering the power Vegeta's pride already craved. Killed by Fat Buu almost casually when his usefulness ran out. The definition of a villain whose ambitions fatally exceeded his capabilities.
Extremely small with yellow-green skin, bulging eyes, and a wrinkled, insectoid face. Long pointed head. Wears a dark robe and cape far too large for his body. Hands are disproportionately large. No physical presence whatsoever — entirely reliant on magic and minions.
