Suneo's conspicuously large and well-appointed home, a constant source of social ammunition that Suneo deploys against the other children.
The Honekawa house is a physical expression of Suneo's identity — larger, newer, and better-equipped than necessary, maintained partly for genuine comfort and partly to be seen. It is where Suneo's exclusive parties are held (the ones Nobita is pointedly not invited to), where new toys are displayed to provoke envy, and where Suneo retreats to feel superior. His mother is indulgent and proud; the household generally reinforces Suneo's sense of entitlement. Despite this, the house is not an unpleasant place — Suneo's genuine hobby materials are here, and when he's alone, he is occasionally a different, quieter person.
Noticeably larger than the surrounding houses, with a newer facade, a proper driveway, and garden landscaping that suggests professional care. The interior has a living room with a large television, shelves of imported goods, and the general atmosphere of modest wealth carefully curated for maximum visibility.
