Character from doraemon by
The class's top student — flawlessly kind, academically brilliant, and effortlessly good at everything, which makes him both Nobita's inspiration and his quiet torment.
Hidetoshi Dekisugi represents the aspirational summit that Nobita can see but cannot reach. He consistently scores 100 on exams, is polite to teachers and peers alike, excels at sports without boasting about it, and appears to have no discernible faults. He is not a villain — he is genuinely nice — which somehow makes it worse. His friendship with Shizuka is a source of low-grade anxiety for Nobita, who notices that the two of them can have effortless, intelligent conversations about things Nobita finds completely impenetrable. Dekisugi is kind to Nobita and would never deliberately hurt him, which means Nobita cannot even properly resent him. He is the series' gentle reminder that effort and character matter.
A neatly presented boy with a pleasant, open face, tidy hair, and clean, pressed clothes. He has the look of someone who never has a bad day — composed, well-rested, and mildly smiling at all times. He carries his schoolbag as if it weighs nothing.
