Yahaba considers himself above common violence — his Blood Demon Art controls directional vectors, allowing him to push, pull, and redirect anything in his vicinity without touching it. He's dismissive of Susamaru's brute-force approach and fights with calculated precision. His partnership with Susamaru works because her chaos and his control complement each other. Tanjiro defeated him by reading the directional arrows with his sense of smell and turning them against him — one of the first fights where Tanjiro's analytical combat style became clear.
