Black markets operate alongside legitimate trade. The Harbor has existed for eons, predating most current civilizations, and its origins are lost to time.

Appearance

An impossibly vast station or city suspended in the void between realms. Crystalline spires rise beside organic alien architecture and brutalist demon fortresses. Thousands of docking platforms extend outward like petals. Markets stretch for miles, lit by bioluminescent fungi and floating spirit lanterns. Every species imaginable crowds the thoroughfares.
