• Fired only by the Swordholder via the Deterrence Center switch
• Broadcast announces Trisolaris's stellar coordinates and, by geometry, the Sun's
• All Earth-based antennae are destroyed by droplets at the moment Cheng Xin assumes the Swordholder seat
