Cannot see shinigami names or lifespans
The deal can be made with any shinigami whose Death Note the user possesses
Users who made the deal: Misa Amane (twice), Soichiro Yagami, Teru Mikami, Kyosuke Higuchi
Users who refused: Light Yagami — considered the cost too high for someone planning to rule for decades
