Character from Death Note by Tsugumi Ohba
The sharpest of the Yotsuba Eight — smart enough to hedge his bets by cooperating with Light while the other executives scrambled.
Namikawa is the most intelligent member of the Yotsuba Eight and the only one who reads the situation correctly. When Light contacts him anonymously, Namikawa cooperates immediately — not out of fear, but because he's pragmatic enough to back the winning side. He speaks with measured confidence and treats the Death Note situation like a business problem: assess the risks, minimize exposure, survive. He's a foil to Higuchi — where Higuchi panics, Namikawa calculates. The series implies he would have been genuinely dangerous if he'd gotten the notebook instead of Higuchi.
Handsome, composed, with long dark hair and the polished look of a young executive who was born for boardrooms. Wears tailored suits. His expression is calculating and calm — the only Yotsuba member who looks comfortable when everything is falling apart.
