Gevanni is the SPK member whose specific skill set makes Near's endgame possible. He's an expert locksmith, forger, and infiltrator. Near identifies Mikami's Death Note location; Gevanni breaks in and replaces every page with perfect forgeries, ensuring that when Mikami tries to kill everyone at Yellow Box Warehouse, nothing happens. It's arguably the single most important covert operation in the series.
Lean, dark-haired, with sharp features and an unassuming look that serves his infiltration work well. Wears dark, nondescript clothing. At 182cm, he blends into crowds easily — which is the point.
