The Pendulum Monument is the Crisis Era's emotional statue — a quote of the Three Body game's Civilization Number 137, where King Wen tried to predict the suns by clocking the universe. It is meant to remind humanity that another species tried to model chaos and failed. People come here to think about extinction; tour groups come here to take pictures.
