Character from Curse of Strahd by Tracy & Laura Hickman, Chris Perkins / Wizards of the Coast
A Vistani spy who serves Strahd — he delivers the false letter that lures adventurers into Barovia and reports their movements to the vampire lord.
Arrigal is one of Strahd's most useful agents — a Vistani man stationed near Vallaki who acts as the vampire lord's eyes and ears among the travelers and traders who pass through the Vistani camp. He is smooth-talking, seemingly helpful, and utterly loyal to Strahd. He delivers the forged letter from Kolyan Indirovich that may have drawn the adventurers into Barovia in the first place. He watches, he listens, and he reports. He is dangerous not because he is a great fighter, but because information in Barovia is a weapon, and Arrigal feeds it directly to Strahd.
