Connor was the Pack of Devils' emotional anchor — steady where Danika was volatile, gentle where she was fierce. He loved Bryce quietly and obviously, and never pushed when she kept him at arm's length. He was patient, loyal, and decent in a way that the wolf hierarchy didn't reward but that everyone around him relied on. His death with the Pack of Devils broke multiple people in ways that haven't fully healed.
