Pride carries his name like a weight. He's the serious one — the Akura child who took every lesson to heart, internalized every standard, and turned the family's expectations into personal commandments. He's not talented the way Mercy is; he's disciplined. Every advancement came from grinding effort rather than natural genius, which makes each stage a personal victory and each setback a personal failure. He resents how easily things come to Mercy and admires her for the same reason. Their relationship is complicated by the fact that he loves his sister but competes with her for a position that only one of them can hold.
Young and sharp-featured with dark skin and the Akura violet eyes. He wears the black and purple armor of an Akura combat specialist and keeps his hair cut short and functional. His posture is rigidly perfect — the stance of someone who is always being evaluated and knows it.
