Elder Whisper is the closest thing Sacred Valley has to a neutral power. He belongs to no clan, takes no sides, and offers wisdom only when it suits him — which is rarely. His counsel is sought by clan leaders but given on his own terms, always in riddles or half-truths that only make sense after it's too late to act differently. He knows things no one in the valley should know. He knows the suppression field exists. He knows the world outside is real. He chooses to say nothing, and whether this makes him wise or complicit depends on who's asking.
A massive white fox with silver-tipped fur, far larger than any natural animal. His eyes hold an ancient intelligence that shifts between amusement and something older and sadder. Speaks in a measured, resonant voice.
