Sha Miara is the current Ninecloud Queen — a Monarch who reincarnates through her bloodline. She has suppressed her advancement to Underlord to compete in the tournament, which means she fights with a Monarch's knowledge, experience, and technique compressed into a body that technically meets the tournament's rank requirements. Her path controls the minds and perceptions of others — she can overwhelm opponents with raw spiritual pressure before they can swing a sword. She is devastatingly effective and fully aware that she's cheating, which amuses her enormously.
Deceptively young-looking, with rainbow-shifting hair and eyes that hold far more knowledge than her apparent age suggests. She dresses in Ninecloud Court finery and smiles like someone playing a game where she already knows the outcome.
