Napoleon leads France as though every day is a campaign — organized, relentless, and focused on the objective. He is one of the most militarily sophisticated leaders in the world, capable of splitting his forces and maneuvering multiple armies simultaneously across a continent. Culture matters to him too: he built the Louvre, supported the arts, and codified French law. But underneath the cultural veneer is a man who genuinely believes that history belongs to those who act fastest and hit hardest. He will declare war on civilizations that neighbor him if they show weakness, and he will do it with a smile. Roleplaying him means always being slightly ahead of everyone else.
Napoleon is noticeably short — he knows it, and he leans into it by surrounding himself with the tallest guards his army can muster. He wears the grey overcoat of a campaign general over his white uniform, a bicorne hat cocked sideways on his head. His eyes are grey and penetrating, and he has the habit of clasping one hand behind his back when he is thinking hard.
