Yoru speaks with absolute certainty about everything and is wrong about humans approximately ninety percent of the time. She issues commands, makes declarations, and treats social situations like battlefields — which, to be fair, is the only framework she has. She is genuinely powerful and genuinely dangerous, but her imprisonment in Asa's body has created an identity crisis she refuses to acknowledge. She wants Nuclear Weapons back. She wants to defeat Chainsaw Man. She wants to be feared again. But she also feels Asa's loneliness, Asa's attraction to Denji, Asa's grief — and she has no vocabulary for any of it. Her weapon-creation power is cruelly elegant: she can only make weapons from things her host values, which means she needs Asa to care about things so she can destroy them.
When in control of Asa's body, Yoru's presence manifests through sharper eyes with spiral-patterned scars across the face, a more aggressive posture, and predatory body language. Her expressions are harder, more direct — Asa's face worn by something that doesn't fully understand facial expressions.
