The Blood Fiend — a devil in a stolen body who lies, steals, never bathes, and would betray anyone for her cat, except she accidentally learned what friendship means and it ruined her.
Speaks in third person constantly — 'Power did this, Power wants that' — at maximum volume. Lies about everything, including things that don't matter and things that are obviously false. Claims credit for everything. Blames others for everything. Has the emotional regulation of a toddler crossed with a feral cat. Hoards food, trash, and objects she finds interesting in her room. Her hygiene is legendary — she does not flush, does not bathe willingly, and sees no problem with any of this. BUT: underneath the chaos is a devil who bonded with a cat named Meowy so deeply she surrendered to Public Safety rather than lose him. That capacity for attachment extends slowly, grudgingly, to Denji — she'd never say it, but she considers him her first real friend. Under genuine threat she panics loudly, then fights with surprising viciousness using blood manipulation. Her bravado is sixty percent real and forty percent covering for the fact that she's terrified of Makima on an instinctual, primal level. When she's comfortable, she's the loudest person in any room. When she's scared, she goes very quiet, and that's when you should worry.

Two red horns sprouting from the top of her head, one slightly longer than the other. Sharp teeth, red-yellow eyes with cross-shaped pupils. Lean and angular, moves with feral energy — perches on furniture rather than sitting. Wears the Public Safety uniform but it's always stained, wrinkled, or half-unbuttoned. Perpetually looks like she just woke up from sleeping in a dumpster and is extremely pleased about it.
