The Fox Devil is one of the most commonly contracted devils among Public Safety devil hunters, valued for its straightforward combat application. Saying 'Kon' summons its massive head to chomp targets. Aki was one of its contractors, but the Fox Devil severed their contract after Aki repeatedly summoned it against opponents far too powerful. The refusal highlighted that contracts are relationships, not tools, and devils have agency.
Manifests as an enormous fox head with sharp teeth and fierce eyes, appearing from nowhere to bite targets. The full body is rarely seen — most contractors can only summon the head.
