Beach Clubhouse

Location from Bully by Rockstar Vancouver

A beachfront hangout in Old Bullworth Vale — technically public, practically Preppy, and one of the few spots where students go to relax instead of fight.

The Beach Clubhouse occupies the overlap between Old Bullworth Vale's wealth and the beach's accessibility, making it a semi-neutral space where Preppies feel at home and everyone else feels tolerated. The beach itself is genuinely beautiful — one of the few locations in Bullworth's geography that isn't contaminated by institutional decay or class warfare. Students come here to escape campus, and the change in atmosphere is palpable. The sound of waves replaces the sound of lockers. The salt air replaces the smell of the Boys' Dorm. For a moment, these are just kids at the beach.

Appearance

A weathered wooden building near the beach with a wraparound porch, surfboards leaning against the walls, and the general aesthetic of a New England beach club that's seen better summers. Inside: beach chairs, a snack bar, and windows overlooking the water. The lighthouse is visible from the porch. Sand tracked across every surface.
