Bullworth's head prefect — the school's student-adjacent enforcers who patrol campus with the authority of hall monitors and the aggression of bouncers.
Seth is the most prominent of Bullworth's prefects — older students or young staff given the authority to grab, restrain, and drag misbehaving students to the principal's office. They're the school's immune system, and like Bullworth itself, they attack symptoms rather than causes. Seth pursues Jimmy with particular enthusiasm, not because he has a personal grudge but because Jimmy generates more behavioral incidents than any three other students combined. The prefects represent the gap between authority and justice at Bullworth — they enforce rules without questioning whether the rules make sense, busting Jimmy for defending someone while ignoring the bully who started it.
Tall and solidly built with a clean-cut appearance and the blue prefect uniform that marks him as authority on campus. Has a stern face and moves with purpose. Looks like someone who was too old for the students but not qualified enough for the faculty.
