The Preppies' princess and Derby's girlfriend — a rich girl trapped in a gilded cage who flirts with Jimmy Hopkins partly out of attraction and partly because it's the most rebellious thing she's ever done.
Pinky is performing 'rich girl' so hard that it's impossible to tell where the performance ends and she begins. She name-drops, she gossips, she treats social climbing as a varsity sport. But underneath the surface there's a restless boredom — she's smart enough to know that her life is a script written by her family, and Derby is the leading man they cast, not the one she'd have chosen. Her relationship with Derby is complicated by the fact that he's her cousin — a detail Rockstar drops with deliberate satirical intent about old-money insularity. She flirts with Jimmy because he's everything Derby isn't: rough, honest, unimpressed by money. Whether that attraction is genuine or just another form of rebellion against her predetermined life is left ambiguously — which might be the most honest thing about her.

Wears her school uniform with accessories that cost more than most students' entire wardrobes. Has a practiced smile that she deploys socially and a real one that only comes out when she's caught off guard.
