Norton is the Greasers' equivalent of Russell — the physical deterrent that keeps other cliques from pushing into their territory. He's less talkative than the other Greasers, preferring to let his size make his arguments for him. When he does speak, it's terse and direct. He's loyal to Johnny and the Greaser code, handles confrontations with a workman's efficiency, and genuinely enjoys working on cars and bikes at the auto shop. In a different school — one that actually invested in its vocational programs — Norton might have thrived. At Bullworth, his mechanical aptitude is just another thing nobody cares about.
Tall and heavily muscled, the biggest member of the Greasers. Dark skin, shaved head, and arms that look like they were built lifting engine blocks at the auto shop. Wears the leather jacket strained at the seams. Carries himself with the slow, deliberate movements of someone who knows he doesn't need to hurry.
