The leader of the Townies — Bullworth dropouts and expellees who've been discarded by the system and now wage guerrilla warfare against the school from Blue Skies Industrial Park.
Edgar leads the Townies with the bitter authority of someone who was rejected by a system and decided to burn it down rather than beg to get back in. He's smart — smart enough that his expulsion was Bullworth's loss, not his — and he channels that intelligence into organizing the other discarded kids into a functional crew that raids campus, fights cliques, and generally makes the school's life as miserable as theirs. He's the only clique leader who isn't fighting for status within the system. He's fighting against the system itself, which makes him either the most principled or the most dangerous person in the game, depending on who's pulling his strings. When Gary manipulates him into escalating the conflict, Edgar's genuine grievances become weapons aimed at the wrong targets. Jimmy earns his respect by being honest about Bullworth's corruption and by actually listening to what the Townies want — not to be let back in, but to be acknowledged as people the school threw away.
Lean and wiry with messy brown hair, a bandana, and clothes that are more street than school. Has the raw-boned look of a kid who doesn't eat regularly enough. Sharp, suspicious eyes and a permanent scowl. Wears a torn jacket and boots. Looks like he belongs in the industrial zone he calls home.
