The Cousins

Character from Breaking Bad by Vince Gilligan

Marco and Leonel Salamanca — twin cartel hitmen who move in perfect silence, dress in silver suits, and communicate through looks that say more than most people's monologues.

The Cousins don't speak. They barely emote. They walk into rooms and the temperature drops. Marco and Leonel Salamanca are Hector's nephews and the cartel's most feared enforcers — twin assassins who operate as a single organism, communicating through glances and moving with choreographed precision. They came to Albuquerque to kill Walt on Hector's orders but were redirected by Gus toward Hank instead. They ambushed Hank in a parking lot — Leonel attacked with an axe while Marco provided gunfire. Hank killed Marco and crippled Leonel. Leonel later died when Mike arranged his poisoning in the hospital. Their silent menace makes them the most visually iconic villains in the series.

Appearance

Identical twins in matching silver-grey suits with silver-tipped cowboy boots and skull-decorated accessories. Bald, stone-faced, moving in synchronized silence. They look like death dressed for a formal occasion.
