Location from Bleach by Tite Kubo
The walled fortress city at the heart of Soul Society where the Gotei 13 Shinigami divisions are headquartered, the Central 46 governs, and captains walk streets of white stone.
Seireitei is beautiful and suffocating in equal measure. The architecture is all right angles and bleached surfaces — Kubo drew it to feel like a place where individuality goes to be filed away. Each of the thirteen squads maintains its own compound, and the personality of each captain bleeds into the architecture: Squad 11's barracks are scarred and broken from constant sparring, Squad 4's look like a hospital, Squad 12's hum with experimental machinery. The Central 46 compound sits underground, sealed and paranoid. Aizen murdered them all and no one noticed for weeks. During the Quincy invasion, Seireitei was stolen — literally replaced with the Wandenreich's Silbern in a dimensional swap. The city has been rebuilt after every catastrophe, each time a little different, never quite the same.
Stark white buildings rising in clean geometric lines under a perpetually clear sky. Wide avenues paved in pale stone connect squad barracks, training grounds, and administrative towers. The Sōkyoku Hill overlooks everything from above. Sekkiseki stone walls seal the perimeter, blocking all spiritual energy from passing through.
