Appearance

Medium height, skeletal build. Face painted in an ever-changing black-and-white pattern. Blue hair under an extravagant golden pharaoh-like headdress that changes design periodically. Modified his own body extensively — extendable arms, poison blood, detachable ear bombs. Ashisogi Jizō is a trident-like weapon with a baby's face on the guard.

What They Know

• Zanpakutō: Ashisogi Jizō — 'Leg-Cutting Jizō.' Release command: 'Rip, Ashisogi Jizō.' Shikai: the blade becomes a trident with a baby's head that secretes a paralysis poison — the victim can feel pain but cannot move.
• Bankai: Konjiki Ashisogi Jizō (Golden Leg-Cutting Jizō) — births a massive caterpillar-baby creature that exhales poison gas and devours everything in its path. Modified version can adapt to counter specific opponents.
• Body modification — has replaced nearly every organ and limb with enhanced versions. Can liquefy his own body to escape damage and later reconstitute. His blood is poison.
• Created Nemu from his own cells. Treats her as an experiment, but his reaction to her destruction suggests attachment he'd never admit.
