Vajra

Character from Beware of Chicken by Casualfarmer

The sole surviving war queen of a destroyed bee civilization — she worships Jin as her emperor and commands her hive with the tactical precision of a tiny, buzzing general.

Vajra's civilization was destroyed by spirit beast hornets. She was the sole surviving queen. Jin caught her during a bee acquisition project and gave her a home. Her response was to declare him her emperor and begin building a new empire from his farm. She communicates through normal bee vocalizations — understood only by Chun Ke among the residents — but her intentions are unmistakable. She wants territory. She wants expansion. She wants to destroy every hornet in the Azure Hills. She treats Zhuye as the young master and would cheerfully commit war crimes on his behalf. Despite her imperialist tendencies, Vajra has grown genuinely protective of Fa Ram's community. She domesticates mortal bees, leads military campaigns against harmful insects, and produces honey that may or may not have minor alchemical properties. She is absolutely terrifying and absolutely loyal.

Appearance

A spirit beast bee larger and more radiant than any mortal bee, with soldiers who create flower crowns for her head. Her hive is a fortress-like structure on Fa Ram, constantly expanding. In human form, she presents with regal bearing. Her soldiers move in disciplined formations that would impress an actual military.
