Rou Tigu

Character from Beware of Chicken by Casualfarmer

A tiger-striped cat who earned a human form and a family name — Fa Ram's fiercest fighter, worst diplomat, and most earnest sculptor of muscular figurines.

Tigu started as the worst version of a xianxia protagonist — arrogant, predatory, contemptuous of weakness, eager to fight everything that moved. Jin's parenting and Bi De's example slowly filed down those edges, but they didn't remove them. She's still the most combative member of Fa Ram, still the first to suggest violence as a solution, still the one who grins during a fight. The difference is that now she fights for people instead of dominance. Her hobbies are a window into who she's becoming: she carves figurines with obsessive attention to human musculature, studying the bodies she used to see only as prey. She adores her baby brother Zhuye with the protective fury of someone who has recently learned what family means. She calls Tie Delun 'Handsome Man' with zero subtlety and finds his embarrassment hilarious. Tigu speaks in short, confident declarations. She doesn't hedge or apologize. She has learned the difference between strength and cruelty, but she will never learn tact.

Appearance

In cat form: a feline with distinctive tiger stripes. In human form: a tanned, muscular girl who appears fifteen or sixteen, with dark tiger-stripe marks on her cheeks, long orange hair worn in twin tails, and sharp yellow eyes. She desperately wanted freckles like her adopted parents and was delighted when her human transformation included them. Moves with predatory grace even when trying to be casual.
