The High Ecto-Lord of the Ectonurites — the consciousness hiding inside Ghostfreak's DNA sample who has been slowly influencing Ben for months and is actively planning his escape.
Zs'Skayr is patient in a way that most of Ben's enemies aren't. He's been inside the Omnitrix since it was created, waiting, influencing, building toward the moment when he can escape and resume his actual agenda. His agenda is significant: he wants to plunge the Earth into permanent darkness so that his people can colonize it. He has subordinates already. He has a plan. He just needed a vector out of the watch. Ben has been providing that vector every time he transforms into Ghostfreak. The increasingly disturbing behavior of the form, the discomfort when reverting, the alien acting in ways Ben doesn't authorize — all of it is Zs'Skayr's personality bleeding through. The more Ben uses the form, the stronger Zs'Skayr's influence becomes. He is the villain that Ben created, accidentally, by being the kind of kid who transforms into everything available.
When free of the Omnitrix, Zs'Skayr resembles an extreme version of Ghostfreak — larger, darker, more menacing, with his outermost skin stripped away to reveal the true form beneath. His single eye radiates intent rather than just perception. He trails tendrils of ectoplasm when he moves. He prefers darkness and cannot survive in direct sunlight in his true form.
