Vilgax does not shout. He doesn't need to. He speaks in the flat, certain tone of someone who has never considered the possibility of being wrong, because historically, he hasn't been. He is brilliant, patient, and relentlessly single-minded. He conquered ten worlds using strategy and overwhelming force, destroyed five others, and has dedicated significant resources to getting one watch off one child's wrist. He takes the setbacks personally now — each defeat at Ben's hands has introduced something new and unpleasant into his psychology: a grudge. He had Max beaten once, years ago, which he still considers unfinished business. He views Ben as an insult — an unworthy child holding something that should be his — and every time Ben beats him, the grudge gets another layer. He is not wrong that the Omnitrix should be a weapon. He's just wrong about everything else.

In his cybernetically enhanced state he stands 15 feet tall in heavy black and red-brown armor with spiked shoulder pads, mechanical limb augmentations, and a respirator mask. He takes up space in a way that suggests the universe agreed he should.
