Ben's dominant combat form in the Alien Force era — a massive Vaxasaurian who can grow to sixty feet tall and hits hard enough to generate earthquakes.
Humungousaur is older Ben's equivalent of Four Arms — the go-to power form, the one that answers 'what do we do when everything has failed' with a very physical response. He's stronger than Four Arms at base size and can scale to situations where base size isn't enough. The size change is the key — Humungousaur doesn't just get bigger, he gets exponentially more powerful as he grows, unlocking more of his Vaxasaurian biology. At full size he can trade hits with things that can survive nuclear explosions. Ben uses him constantly in Alien Force, to the point where Humungousaur is arguably over-used. He's the most common transformation in the entire series by raw count. There's a reason for that — he's reliable, adaptable, and when the situation calls for something that can throw a Highbreed ship off a collision course, the answer is usually him.
A towering dark brown dinosaur-like humanoid at base form, roughly twelve feet tall with armored plating on shoulders and back. When he grows, dinosaur features emerge — back plates like a stegosaur, a thagomizer tail, increased musculature and a crest behind his head. At maximum size he's nearly sixty feet of prehistoric threat with the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
