Echo Echo is the alien that rewards thinking about how to use him. Individually he's small and physically limited. In groups of two, he's more effective. In groups of fifty, he's overwhelming. The sonic scream is the obvious application — painful, disorienting, capable of cracking materials and disrupting electronic systems — but the duplication is the real power. Ben can split into as many copies as needed and coordinate them to surround a threat, protect multiple people simultaneously, or handle complex multi-point problems by being in many places at once. The coordination requires practice. Early Ben tended to use Echo Echo for brute sonic force rather than strategic multiplication. He's getting better at thinking in parallel — running multiple plans simultaneously with different copies handling different threads.
