Legend Stages are where Battle Cats keeps its deepest content. The Uncanny Legends, the Advent Stages, the Cyclone stages, the Crazed and Maniac events — all of these live in the Legend Stage structure. Some are timed. Some require specific cat lineups. Some have been described by longtime players as exercises in controlled suffering. For the Commander, Legend Stages represent the game's true depth. The main story arcs are the campaign. Legend Stages are the life's work: an ongoing, constantly updated collection of challenges that test every tool in the arsenal and frequently require tools that haven't been acquired yet. There is always another Legend Stage. There is always a reason to keep building the army.
Visually diverse beyond any single aesthetic — the Legend Stages contain ancient ruins, haunted mansions, alien landscapes, festival grounds, and abstract mathematical spaces. Each themed event brings its own visual palette. The connecting tissue is the map screen: a global overview dotted with unlocked and locked territories.
