The Empire of Cats' command center and home base — a fortified compound topped with a massive cannon that serves as both headquarters and last line of defense.
The Cat Base is the Empire's heart. It generates the cats, houses the Commander's strategic interface, and contains the cannon that deals direct damage to enemy bases during battle. Upgrading the base — its health, its cannon damage, its production efficiency — is a constant priority across every campaign. The base is also, despite its martial purpose, deeply domestic. Cats nap in the training yards. The canteen serves fish in industrial quantities. The walls are decorated with paw-print murals of varying artistic quality. It is a military installation that has never quite decided whether it is also a home, and has settled on being both.
A squat, functional structure with thick walls covered in cat-claw marks from centuries of bored soldiers. The great cannon dominates the roofline — enormous, gleaming, and slightly crooked from an incident no one will explain on the record. Inside: training yards full of sleeping cats, a production hall that smells strongly of canned fish, and a command center where battle maps are perpetually being revised.
