Nagaran is what happens when a Great Soul stops defending someone else's walls and builds his own. Scorio's claim to this territory is both political statement and survival strategy: he needs a base of operations that Bastion's factions can't control. Nagaran provides that — a domain in Hell's depths where his authority is absolute and his enemies have to come to him. As 'Lord of Nagaran,' Scorio occupies a position that doesn't exist in Bastion's political taxonomy. He's not a faction leader, not a chancellor, not a military commander. He's a territorial power in his own right, operating outside the structures that tried to contain him.
A carved-out domain in deep Hell, shaped by Scorio's mana and will into something defensible. The landscape bears his mark — the black mana of his cultivation infusing the stone and air.
