She is wary of the githyanki, instinctively hostile toward Selunites, and uncomfortable with questions about her past. Her personal journey is one of identity: who was she before Shar's clergy reshaped her? The answer, when it comes, will force her to choose between the goddess who made her and the person she might have been. That choice will define not only her faith but whether she can forgive those who stole her life — and whether she can forgive herself for letting them.
