Kenny the Ripper — serial killer, Military Police captain, Levi's uncle and the man who taught him to survive. Served the Reiss family for power, died wanting to know why everyone needs something to be drunk on.

Tall, lean, long face under a wide-brimmed hat. Notorious serial killer who murdered over 100 Military Police members before being recruited by Uri Reiss. Taught his nephew Levi to fight, then abandoned him once the boy could survive alone. Led the Interior Police's Anti-Personnel Control Squad. Dying from Rod Reiss's transformation, he gave the Titan serum to Levi instead of using it himself — not out of love, but curiosity about what his nephew would become.
