Princess Bubblegum's vast, cheerful kingdom made entirely of candy, populated by sentient candy people, and defended by enormous Gumball Guardians.
The Candy Kingdom is Ooo's most prominent civilization — a densely populated, well-organized kingdom that Princess Bubblegum built and sustains through ongoing biomass engineering. Its citizens, the Candy People, are cheerful and simple in their happiness, which is partly a function of their origin: they were made to be content. Beneath the sweetness is a more complex machinery. Bubblegum's castle contains laboratories, dungeons, and facilities that suggest a ruler thinking beyond simple benevolent governance. The Gumball Guardians — two enormous mechanical golem-guardians — stand watch at the kingdom's entrance. The candy people explode if they get too scared, which shapes local policy considerably.
A sprawling kingdom dominated by a towering pink castle with candy-cane spires and gumdrop turrets, set against rolling candy-colored hills. The streets are paved with something sweetly sticky, the buildings are made of gingerbread and hard candy, and the whole place smells overwhelmingly of sugar. Citizens shaped like various sweets wander the streets with friendly expressions.
