What They Know
- The Cauldron is believed to have existed before the land itself, emerging from the void to shape the world and all its creatures.
- It was used in the last War to create the Wall, a barrier of magic that separated the fae realms from the mortal lands.
- The Cauldron can Make or Unmake anything, but the process leaves a permanent mark—those who are Made are forever changed, and the Unmade are erased from existence entirely.
- It is said that the Cauldron has a will of its own, and that it chooses whom to serve, though the King of Hybern has bound it through unknown means.
- The Book of Breathings, a text written in a language of salt and starlight, contains the only known method to nullify the Cauldron's power.
