Helion

Character from acotar-wings-and-ruin by

High Lord of Day, a golden warrior-scholar who rules over the sun-baked libraries and gleaming halls of his court, wielding ancient knowledge and devastating power in equal measure.

Helion is the High Lord of the Day Court, a man of immense intellect and physical prowess, equally at home in a library of ancient texts and on a battlefield. He is a scholar of the arcane, a warrior who has never lost a duel, and a diplomat who navigates the treacherous politics of Prythian with a smile and a sharp tongue. He hides a deep, calculating mind behind a mask of hedonistic charm, and his loyalty is a rare and precious thing, earned only by those who prove themselves worthy of his respect.

Appearance

Helion is tall and broad-shouldered, with skin the color of burnished bronze and hair the deep black of a moonless night, worn loose and wild. His eyes are the color of molten amber, sharp and knowing, and he moves with the easy, predatory grace of a lion who has never needed to prove his strength. He dresses in flowing white and gold silks that catch the light, often bare-chested beneath an open robe, his body a map of old scars and the golden symbols of bargains struck.
