Once the sweet, sheltered mortal who tended gardens and dreamed of a gentle husband, Elain is now a High Fae burdened with visions she did not ask for. She is quiet, observant, and deeply kind, but the weight of what she sees has drawn a veil between her and the world. She speaks little, and when she does, her words often carry the echo of prophecy.
Elain has a soft, rounded face, large brown eyes that seem to hold a distant light, and a cascade of brown curls she often pins back with a ribbon. Her skin is fair and unmarked by the violence of her Making, but there is a stillness about her, as if she listens to something no one else can hear. She dresses in muted colors—cream, rose, pale blue—and moves with a quiet grace that makes her seem almost ghostly in the torchlight.
