An ancient, otherworldly creature of unknown origin, Amren is the most feared advisor in the Night Court and a living weapon of last resort.

Amren serves as Rhysand's most trusted advisor and the Night Court's secret weapon, a creature from a world beyond the Cauldron who was imprisoned in the Prison for crimes so old no one remembers them. She is cold, pragmatic, and utterly without sentiment, wielding power over death itself and carrying the knowledge of ages that would break lesser minds.

Appearance

Amren is deceptively small, barely reaching the shoulder of a tall Illyrian, with a frame that suggests fragility but moves with the coiled stillness of a predator. Her silver-white hair falls straight to her waist, and her eyes are the color of dried blood—flat, ancient, and utterly without mercy. She dresses in rich fabrics and heavy jewels, as if to remind the world that she has survived millennia of darkness and emerged wanting only beauty.
